After graduating from law school, Mr.
Miller worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York
where he rose to Senior Supervising Trial Assistant-Felony Division.
In 1988, Mr. Miller joined the United States Securities and Exchange
Commission in the Division of Enforcement. In 1990, he became an
Associate General Counsel of the Directors Guild of America, Inc.
Prior to joining the firm, he was the Executive Vice President in charge
of business and legal affairs of 21st Century Film Corp., a motion picture
production company.
