Mr. Bryson is an experienced trial attorney whose practice since joining Engstrom, Lipscomb and Lack principally focuses upon business litigation, construction defect, insurance bad faith, inverse condemnation, intellectual property, personal injury, wrongful termination and whistle-blower claims.  Mr. Bryson, in conjunction with a trial team, recently represented a high-end residential  builder in a lawsuit against Chase Bank for bad faith and fraud in which the jury awarded the plaintiff-builder an 8 figure verdict. With his partner, Robert Wolfe, he also represented a Ford Dealership against Ford Motor Company for breach of contract and bad faith in which the jury awarded the Ford Dealer an 8 figure verdict. They also achieved a 7 figure verdict on behalf of a Malibu homeowner whose property was damaged as a result of a landslide from an adjoining property.  After two trials, they further obtained a 7 figure verdict on behalf of a retired couple against the City of Santa Monica due to its failure to maintain a Eucalyptus tree that fell atop the couple’s vehicle causing significant personal injuries.

Prior to joining Engstrom, Lipscomb and Lack, Mr. Bryson worked for a law firm in Orange County.  While with that law firm, Mr. Bryson represented a variety of businesses, insurance companies and their insured relating to coverage disputes, bad faith allegations as well as casualty and construction defect claims.  Previously, Mr. Bryson was a member in a boutique defense firm formerly located in Los Angeles during which he primarily handled coverage, casualty and construction defect claims.  Mr. Bryson’s representative clients included Mobil Oil, Transamerica Ins., Kroger Co., Nationwide Ins., Canadian Ins., Mercury Ins., Reliance Ins., Cal-Eagle Ins., Florist Mutual Ins., and Lloyds of London.
